With our campsite positioned within an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, you can guarantee a gorgeous countryside walk in every direction. We're surrounded by quiet country lanes, footpaths & byways. You will find suggested walking routes & cycle routes at the campsite to help you on your way.

Folkestone is our closest Town just a 10 minute drive away. The City of Canterbury is just 25 minutes away and the Port of Dover 20 minutes.

Bus Stop

We love recommending this Bus Stop as a very convenient way to get around & explore a little further afield. Route 16 will take you all the way to the Historic City of Canterbury or in the other direction to

the town of Folkestone.

The buses come very regularly but worth checking the Stagecoach website for timetables.

You can reach all these pubs within a very short drive or walking within 1 hour of the campsite.

The Jackdaw & The Black Horse are also on a regular bus route (bus info above).

Why not walk to the pub & hop on the bus to get back to the campsite!

A popular coastal town, drive there in 10 minutes or hop on the bus at the end of our lane.

 

Folkestone’s restored Harbour Arm is a beautiful promenade out at sea with a World-class view. Formerly a ferry port & railway station, Folkestone Harbour Arm is now home to a fantastic range of bars & restaurants, street food venders, a few shops, live music, entertainment and even a beach crazy golf. 

Folkestone's Vibrant Creative Quarter take a wander down the cobbled streets of the creative quarter. The perfect place to explore, with a host of quirky shops, cafes, galleries, studios and venues.

 

Sunny Sands Beach Popular sandy beach right next to the harbour arm.

Lower Leas Coastal Park just along from the harbour arm, its home to the largest free adventure play area in the South East. It also boasts an amphitheatre & gardens.

Kent Battle of Britain Museum (3.3miles) The worlds largest Battle of Britain collection of memorabilia, Artefacts from over 700 crashed aircraft on display.

Dover Castle & Secret Wartime Tunnels (11 miles) - Dover Castle is a medieval castle in Dover, Kent. Rising above the famous White Cliffs and renowned as 'the Key to England', Dover Castle boasts an eventful 2000-year history. It is said to be the largest Castle in England.
